Hang On, I've just spotted an Elephant in the room -
VAT rates for Hotels are 10% and less in all Western European Countries.
Its only Lithuania and maybe a couple of other equally unpopular Holiday destinations that charge as much as the UK. Come on guys think out of the box and let us compete on equal terms, I've been practising my French specially for the influx! Surely we are not going to miss an OLYMPIC opportunity in 2012?
